Preparation of the recipe

  1. 01Preparation of the cream

    Beat the mascarpone with cream and sugar, add the zest of 2 limes and cool.

  2. 02Preparation of the crumble

    Mix flour, almond powder, sugar, butter, spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

  3. 03Fruit preparation

    Mix 100 g of strawberries with the juice of a lime and 50 g of sugar. Dice the remaining strawberries.

  4. 04Dressing and finishing

    Divide them into 4 bowls, add 3 spoonfuls of strawberry puree, top with lime cream, crumble the crumble around the cream and sprinkle with lime zest.
