Spinach Chakchouka

With frozen spinach, this original and fragrant preparation will delight your taste buds, we promise! To save time in the kitchen, drain the one pot of spinach pasta to be served in a bowl of bacon. Prepare an elegant and gourmet roast turkey with mushrooms and spinach!

Recipe Chakchouka with spinach


  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 500 g frozen spinach
  • 80 g heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • salt pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • 1 small chili (optional)



Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the onion. Saute everything in a large pot over medium heat.


When the garlic and onion are translucent, add the spinach and turn up the heat. Stir continuously until the water in the spinach has completely evaporated.


Add the fresh cream and mix well. Make four small wells and then crack the eggs. Cover the pan and let the eggs cook (the whites must be well set).


Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Add a few chillies if desired.
