1. Heat the broccoli florets in a steamer.
2. Spread the lasagne sheets in the dish, sprinkle with broccoli florets and chopped salmon. Cover with béchamel and nutmeg, repeat the operation. Cover with grated cheese.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

-1 kg of beef
– 100 g of bacon
– 40cl beef broth
– 10cl red wine
-1 onion
-1 clove of garlic
-2 carrots

1. Brown the chopped garlic and onion in the bottom of the oiled ovenproof dish, add the carrot slices and fry for 5 minutes.
2.Integrate the diced beef and stir. Pour in the red wine and then the broth. Salt. Let simmer for 2 hours.

– 500 kg minced meat
-5 potatoes
-1 carrot
-2 onions
– 50cl bechamel
– Aromatic herbs
-60 g breadcrumbs
Preparation:
1.Brown minced meat, chopped onions and carrot rings in the pan and aside, cook the potatoes in a pan of water.
2. Place the garnish in the bottom of the dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs and pour the béchamel. Cover with breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.

– Olive oil
-1 teaspoon turmeric

1. Pour the lemon juice and a generous splash of olive oil into a dish. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and leave the lamb pieces to soak.
2. Sprinkle with curry and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then rinse the meat portions and roast it all on skewers on the grill.
