After the creamy burrata and mortadella sandwich, how about a fruity and fresh toast? Discover this recipe based on burrata and roasted peach, it’s pure pleasure. You can even just add slices of fresh peach, it will be just as tasty! Offered during an aperitif dinner with summer punch with apricots and peaches, your guests will be delighted. Also serve toast with ricotta and cherry tomatoes!
Recipe Roasted peach burrata toast
- 1 peach
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 C. honey
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 slice of country bread
- 1 burrata
Wash and cut the peach in half. Remove the core.
Mix oil, honey and thyme and then soak whole peaches in this preparation. Roast the peaches in a pan (or on a grill) on both sides.
Meanwhile, toast the slice of country bread. Place and open the burrata on top, then place the peach. Salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
