Recipe for peach iced tea

Peach iced tea

To refresh yourself this summer, there’s nothing like a nice glass of homemade peach iced tea! Quickly discover this easy recipe to make at home.

Instead of buying an industrial iced tea, how about making it yourself? It’s really not complicated and so much more delicious when it’s homemade! This peach recipe is absolutely delicious and ultra-refreshing. Among other things, it will go well with a slice of peach pie or roasted peaches. You can replace the sugar with agave syrup for a healthier version. And for the big gourmands, sangria with peaches and raspberries dares to toast (in moderation) all summer!

Recipe Ice cream with peaches

  • 1 liter of water
  • 6 g loose green tea
  • 20 g icing sugar
  • 300 g very ripe peaches
  • mint leaves
  • ice cubes

Pour the water into a large carafe and add the loose tea. Leave to infuse at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Strain the water to remove residue from the tea leaves. Add sugar, mix and refrigerate for an hour.

Wash, remove the cores and cut the peaches into strips. Put them in the carafe, stir and let it steep again for an hour in the fridge.

Before serving the peach iced tea, add mint leaves and lots of ice cubes!
