-200 g flour
-140 g powdered sugar
-180 g butter
-6 figs
-2 apples
-1 lemon
-1 bag of vanilla sugar

Preparation:

1. Start by washing the fruit, then peel the apples. Then put the pieces of fruit in a greased dish and mix them together. Pour the juice of half a lemon.

2. First, combine sifted flour, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar in a bowl to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add cubes of softened butter and rub in your hands to make a sandy paste. Feel free to add a little flour if the dough becomes too sticky. Then cover the fruit to perfect your crumble.

3. Put your cake in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 210°C. Watch the cooking. You can serve your crumble hot.

-1 aubergine
-4 tomatoes
-1 red pepper
-1 yellow onion
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 bouquet garni

– Olive oil

1. First wash the zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes and red pepper and cut them into pieces, set aside. Then chop the onion and garlic cloves.

2. Pour a good splash of olive oil into the Cookeo tank and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes until golden. You can add the pieces of aubergine, zucchini and tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.

3. You can integrate the bouquet garni and pour the water. Cook for 10 minutes in Cookeo in pressure mode. Your ratatouille is ready, bon appetit!

-1 puff pastry
-3 apples
-1 tablespoon orange blossom
-15cl fresh cream
-1 jar of apricot jam
-2 tablespoons of honey

Preparation:

1. First roll out the shortcrust pastry in the bottom of a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.

2. Combine the orange blossom, honey and fresh cream in a salad bowl, then spread this mixture over the pie.

3. Then wash the apples and cut them into thin strips. Spread them over the cream so that they cover the entire surface. Then put a layer of apricot jam on each fruit.

4. You can cook for 30 minutes at 210°C. Enjoy both hot and cold.

Trick: Like many desserts, apple pie can be accompanied by a sweet sparkling drink for a more festive side.

-4 potatoes
-2 smoked salmon steaks
-1 bunch of thyme
-3 bay leaves
-3 carrots

For the seasoning:

– 30cl fromage blanc
– 1 half lemon
-1 tablespoon chives
-1 tablespoon mustard
-7 cl olive oil

Preparation:

1. First cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water. Then insert a fork to check that they are well melted. Then drain and set aside to cool.

2. Then make the seasoning: mix the cottage cheese and the juice of half a lemon together, as well as mustard and olive oil. Finish with the chopped chives, stir the sauce and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

3. You can then grate the carrots and put them in a large salad bowl. Also crumble smoked salmon steaks and add the diced potatoes. Finally, pour the sauce and treat everyone. Enjoy your lunch!

2. Next cook the broccoli florets in a steamer (like a Cookeo) and then drain. Spread them over the quiche. Add the crumbled goat’s cheese and the slices of chopped ham.

3. Mix the fresh cream, eggs and nutmeg in a large bowl, then pour over your entire recipe.

4. Bake your broccoli quiche in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.

– 4 chicken breasts
-2 carrots
– 200 g canned peas
-300 g white rice
-2 teaspoons of curry
-1 teaspoon saffron
-1 teaspoon ginger
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 yellow onion
-Vegetable oil
-1 tablespoon cornstarch
-10cl fresh cream

Preparation:

1. In a wok, you can start by browning the chopped yellow onion in the wok. Pour a splash of vegetable oil, then add the chopped garlic.

2.Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and put them in the wok, let them brown for 2 minutes. Then add curry, ginger and saffron. Stir again. Then cut carrot sticks and place them.

3.Meanwhile, heat the rice according to the instructions on the package. Then drain it and add it to the recipe. Take a spoonful of water from the rice to moisten the food in the wok.

4. Then mix cornstarch and fresh cream, add a touch of curry. Then stir in the wok. Salt to your taste.

5. Finally add the peas and cook for 2 minutes. Mix.
