– 300 g cottage cheese
-1 apple
-3 eggs
-50 g of sugar
-1 packet of baking powder
Preparation:
1.Mix the egg yolks with sugar and cottage cheese, then add the flour. Beat the egg whites and combine.
2. Add half of the cake batter, cover with apple slices and top with batter. Then top with fruit. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 210°C.
