For the crust:


  • 130 g all-purpose flour
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 35 g icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Add the flour, icing sugar and salt to a small bowl and whisk together.
  2. Melt the butter, add vanilla extract and mix. Then pour in the dry ingredients and mix until the dough is moist.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan with a removable bottom.
  4. Finally, place the pie pan on a baking sheet and bake until the crust is golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.

  • 4-5 eggs
  • 100 g fresh cream
  • 100 g lemon juice
  • 145 g lemon peel


  1. First, in a medium bowl, or the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the sour cream and sugar.
  2. Beat in the eggs, then add lemon juice and lemon zest or oil.
  3. Then pour the filling into the cooled pie shell. Do not overfill the mold; sticks the filling out from the top edge, burns and sticks.

  • 5 eggs

  • 1½ – 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • A little salt


  1. To start, preheat the oven to 175 C. Grease a mold.
  2. Then mix the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Garnish with walnut halves, if desired.
