Recipe Cream dessert with lemon


  • 170 g of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 150 ml liquid cream



Beat the sugar with the eggs quickly to whiten the mixture. Grate the lemon and stir in the zest. Take 100 ml of lemon juice and pour it into the preparation as well.


Finally, pour in the liquid cream, mix well until you get a frothy consistency.


Divide the lemon curd into 6 ovenproof containers. Put them in a dish and pour boiling water over them so that the pots are submerged up to about half way up.


Bake at 160°C for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool and then refrigerate until serving.

Add some lemon zest and raspberries to garnish!
