In Marseillan, the aperitif is celebrated this Friday from 19:00 on the harbor esplanade. As part of the 10th edition of arvaperitif, wines will be honored to discover know-how, recipes, production sites and a local heritage specific to each brand. Noilly Prat will be the local representative and will present its territory through tastings of its vermouth and a non-alcoholic cocktail based on iced tea with spices, to make tasting accessible to everyone. For this occasion, the house will also offer tours of its cellars at reduced prices. A timely event to celebrate the Year of Gastronomy with the students of the Charles de Gaulle Technical School in Sète. Apprentices serving drinks, but also sweet and savory dishes, not to mention the oysters from the pond offered by the Ricard house and the regional liqueur La Croqueuse.
