Ingredients:
- 6 apricots
- 100 g light feta cheese
- rocket
The yogurt sauce:
- 1 yogurt
- 1 C. mustard
- 3 pinches of saffron powder
- 1 C. lemon juice
- Red onion
- basil leaves
Preparation:
Cut 6 apricots into quarters and mix them with 100 g low-fat feta. Add the rocket leaves and cover with the yoghurt sauce. To prepare it, mix yogurt, mustard, saffron powder and lemon juice. Sprinkle with fresh red onion, crunchy almonds and basil leaves before serving. To make this summer salad even cooler, you can add cherry tomatoes or watermelon cubes.
Potatoes stuffed with raclette to prepare in the microwave
After the stuffed tomatoes, it’s the potatoes’ turn to sublimate your table. Quick and easy, this quick dinner recipe can be prepared in no time in the microwave!
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 200 g raclette cheese
- 100 g of bacon
- 70 g of heavy cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish, then pour in 100ml of water. Microwave on high power for 13-14 minutes. Boil water in a small pan and submerge the bacon pieces in it for 5 minutes to blanch them. When the potatoes are cooked, dig each one halfway up with a knife and spoon. Cut the cheese into strips. Chop the chives. Fill the potatoes with a tablespoon of fresh cream, two slices of cheese and two slices of bacon. Season and microwave for 3 minutes
Express recipe for the evening: Mac & Cheddar
Ingredients:
- 300 g macaroni pasta
- 3 small peppers
- 5 slices of bacon
- 6 tbsp. heavy cream
- 150 g grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Rinse and cut the pepper. Brown the bacon very quickly in a frying pan. Cut it into small pieces and set aside. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Drain the pasta, return it to the pan, add fresh cream and grated cheddar. Season. Over medium heat, stir quickly to melt the cheese. Add peppers and bacon, mix and put it all in a gratin dish. Bake for 10 minutes and serve.
Express poached eggs for beginners in the kitchen
Ingredients:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 shallots
- 4 eggs
- 40 g of butter
- 250 ml liquid fresh cream
- salt and pepper
- parsley
Preparation:
Start by cleaning your mushrooms and slicing the shallots. Then melt the butter in the pan, add mushrooms, shallots and a little parsley. Salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven and take out your mini casseroles. Fill them with the cooked mushrooms and pour in the liquid cream. Finally, crack an egg on each of these mini-masterpieces. Bake for 15 minutes. You can replace the mushrooms with zucchini or tomatoes. Garnish the dish with chives and serve with slices of French toast.

Ingredients:
- 500 g couscous
- 1 large bunch of herbs (parsley, mint, coriander)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 C. olive oil
- 60 g of butter
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Boil 1/2 liter of water, then heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add 30g butter, pepper liberally, then add turmeric. Mix for 1 minute and add the couscous. Stir for another 1 minute. Pour the water and salt. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Rinse the herbs and chop them coarsely. Stir the couscous, add the rest of the butter and the herbs, stirring constantly. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your lunch!
